Railway shall add 50% to the existing rates for South bound

traffic and shall collect in Hong Kong currency the same

amount as provided for in the existing rate schedules

without any addition or surcharge.

22. For the purpose of clearing accounts between the

three Administrations, the provisions of revised Article

No.21 and Articles 27, 28, 29 and 30 of the Principal

Agreement shall operate.
